The Role
As our new IT-Supporter, you will be part of a global help desk team that handles a number of IT related assignments in the Group. Your primary focus will be to support our users in Dubai, however, eventually you will also assist employees in our branch offices and become part of the IT hotline.
As the remaining IT department is located in Fredericia, Denmark, it is important that you are proactive with a hands-on approach and capable of working with management on a long distance level.

Requirements
Handle different Helpdesk tasks incl. handouts of IT items to users
Communication with external vendors and internal service providers
Provide long distance support to branch offices
IT hotline (also outside office hours)
Assist in project based IT implementations
Minimum 2-5 years of experience with IT support
Certified in Windows and Cisco
Consultancy background an advantage
Experience working with Windows, Standard Microsoft Infrastructure and Citrix
Solid understanding of network
Experience with network, preferably Cisco
Fluent in written/oral English
Structured
